To get the combination you're desiring you'll need to get the tires and wheels separately and then have them mounted as this currently (December 2022) isn't a combination we are able to offer.
We have the 15" Aluminum Liger wheel available in Black # LH34FR or Gunmetal Gray # LH35FR and then for a tire we have the Westlake ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Trailer Tire - Load Range D # WST54FR but I only recommend using that tire if your other tires are also off-road as well.

Both of our single axle, 3-1/2" axle lift kits, like # LC382741 you mention, are only rated for 3,500-lb axles.
The best I can offer, is an over-under kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8" diameter axles, or # K71-385-00 for 3" diameter axles.
This will provide your trailer with a lift that is the thickness of your axles plus your leaf springs. You would just need to measure the thickness of your springs and axle to know how much lift you'd get. view full answer...
